It starts from the Punta Navaccia area along a stretch of the cycle path towards Passignano. Then take the majestic avenue of monumental cypresses that leads to the Pischiello farm to turn at a certain point towards Borgo Boiano. Once you reach the small cemetery of Torale, turn left onto the asphalt and, shortly after, turn towards the small town of Vernazzano Nuovo. From there you climb gently to Tuoro to take the direction of Lisciano Niccone - Mercatale beyond the town. Leave the main road and continue to climb towards the Monte Castelluccio Park.
Now the route becomes pleasant, as it crosses shady woods of conifers and oaks of Turkey oak and downy oak. Leaving the park area (delimited by a wooden gate), you go up on a path with a natural background to cross the hills and shortly after a somewhat eventful descent with bumps and bumps, until you reach a saddle. Here you continue straight ahead, slightly uphill towards Poggio Capanne.
From here on, except for short and slight climbs, you will go along a pleasant ridge that slopes gently towards Trasimeno Lake for almost 10 km. It is one of the most beautiful and fun tracks, at least as a background, in the entire lake area. Always keeping to the highest street you will arrive at a five-way intersection that marks the border between Tuscany and Umbria.
