Città della Pieve – Museum Itinerary

The tour is made up of some fundamental places in the city on a historical-artistic and monumental level. At the Oratory of Santa Maria dei Bianchi you can find the famous Adoration of the Magi (1504) by Pietro Perugino.

The Diocesan Civic Museum of Santa Maria dei Servi offers us the last brilliant work of Perugino: The Deposition from the Cross (1517) and the exhibition of the finds (sarcophagi and urns) from the Etruscan era found in the Tomb of San Donnino (Città della Pieve ).

The sixteenth-century Palazzo della Corgna, built by Galeazzo Alessi with grotesque decorations by Niccolò Circignani known as “Il Pomarancio” and his follower Salvio Savini.
